How We Helped a Sales Trainer Sell £128K of High-Ticket Coaching
£18.2K ad spend. 149 booked calls. 32 sales. £128K revenue from a Meta ads funnel built for high-ticket coaching.

Where They Were
The creator had built a sharp personal brand around closing, objection handling, appointment setting, and B2B sales performance.
They had 33,000 Instagram followers and sold a £4,000 coaching programme for setters, closers, agency owners, and consultants who wanted to increase their sales conversion.
The offer had strong margins, but the pipeline was inconsistent. Most sales came from inbound DMs, referrals, and people already following the creator for months.

Offer price: £4,000
Average monthly revenue: £24,000
Average monthly sales: 6
Average monthly booked calls: 42
Show-up rate: 58%

The Problem
The creator had authority and a profitable offer, but lead volume changed every week.
Some weeks the calendar was full. Other weeks had almost no qualified calls. A large number of people watched the creator’s content, but there was no structured system to move viewers into applications, booked calls, and sales.
What We Did
We built a 60-day Meta ads campaign focused on qualified call generation.
Step 1: Video Ads
We used direct sales angles based on the audience’s main problems:
Why your close rate is stuck below 20%
The objection that kills most sales calls
How weak setters destroy high-ticket offers
Why agency owners lose deals after the first call
The difference between a pitch and a controlled sales process
The best-performing ad was a 42-second direct-to-camera video explaining why most closers lose the sale before presenting the offer.
Step 2: Application Funnel
We created a premium application page that filtered prospects by:
Current role
Monthly income
Sales experience
Current close rate
Weekly call volume
Budget readiness
Timeline to join
This improved call quality and reduced wasted sales calls.
Step 3: Retargeting
We retargeted people who watched sales videos, clicked the application page, started but did not finish the application, engaged with Instagram content, or missed a booked call.
This brought warm prospects back into the funnel after the first click.
Step 4: Follow Up
We added a seven-day follow-up sequence for applicants who did not book immediately.
The sequence included a case study, objection handling email, founder story, programme breakdown, and final booking reminder.

Ad spend: £18,200
