How We Helped a Fitness Coach Generate £156K From a High-Ticket Transformation Programme
£21.9K ad spend. 204 booked calls. 39 sales. £156K revenue from a Meta ads funnel built for a fitness transformation programme.

Where They Were
The creator had built a strong personal brand around body transformation, strength training, nutrition, and discipline.
They had 58,000 Instagram followers and sold a £4,000 fitness coaching programme for busy professionals who wanted to lose fat, build muscle, and follow a structured training and nutrition plan.
The offer had strong margins, but the sales process was inconsistent. Most clients came from Instagram DMs, referrals, and people who had followed the creator for months before reaching out.

Average monthly sales: 6
Average monthly booked calls: 44
Show-up rate: 56%

The Problem
The coach had a strong offer, good content, and clear proof, but no predictable way to turn attention into sales calls.
Transformation posts created spikes in enquiries. Training videos and nutrition content brought in engagement, but many interested people never moved from watching content to booking a call.
The main gaps were lead qualification, retargeting, and follow-up. Too many leads disappeared after asking for information, and too many unqualified prospects reached the calendar.
What We Did
We built a 60-day Meta ads campaign focused on generating qualified calls for the £4,000 transformation programme.
Step 1: Video Ads
We used direct fitness angles based on the audience’s main problems:
Why busy professionals struggle to lose fat
Why most diets fail after three weeks
How poor planning ruins good training
Why motivation is not a reliable fitness strategy
How to build muscle without living in the gym
The best-performing ad was a 44-second direct-to-camera video explaining why most professionals do not need a harder plan. They need a simpler system they can actually follow.
Step 2: Application Funnel
Instead of sending traffic straight to a calendar page, we added a short application step before booking.
The application filtered prospects by:
Current weight goal
Training experience
Biggest fitness struggle
Current routine
Work schedule
Budget readiness
Timeline to start
Qualified applicants were sent to a calendar page to book a strategy call.
This improved call quality and reduced wasted time with people who wanted free advice but were not ready to invest in coaching.
Step 3: Retargeting
We retargeted people who watched fitness videos, clicked the application page, engaged with Instagram content, viewed transformation posts, or started the application without finishing it.
The retargeting ads focused on:
Client transformations
Simple nutrition systems
Training structure
Accountability
Why the programme worked for busy professionals
This brought warm prospects back into the funnel after the first click.
Step 4: Follow Up
We added a simple follow-up system for applicants who did not book immediately or missed their call.
The follow-up sequence included:
Client transformation breakdown
Nutrition mistake email
Programme overview
Accountability email
Objection handling email
Final booking reminder
This increased show-up rate and recovered leads who would have been lost after applying.
